PERMIT REQUIRED AT REGISTRATION



WHEN: June 10TH to 13th and continued to the 17th to the 20th



WHERE: Tech. Building Room #805



TIME: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (classroom instruction)





ALL BEHIND THE WHEEL INSTRUCTION WILL BE SCHEDULED INDIVIDUALLY FROM OLDEST TO YOUNGEST. ALL DRIVING WILL GET COMPLETED DURING THE SUMMER WITH AN INSTRUCTOR.

Who: ANYONE ,FROM ANY SCHOOL WITH A 16Th BIRTHDAY BEFORE APRIL-1- 2014

 Attendance is mandatory. (The following attendance procedure will be followed, NO EXCEPTIONS. Do NOT register for the class if you can’t live up to these requirements. Failure to do so will forfeit your time and money towards the class.)

o No more then 3 tardies less than 20 min. late.

o Showing up more than 20 min. late will be considered an absence

o 4th tardy drops you from the class

o No Missed class End of story

COST: $140.00 (Paid in BHS office)

Class size will be limited, first come, first serve

Registration starts April 8th 2013(no earlier)

Office opens at 7:00 a.m.

Electronic High School Students Information
When you have completed the course online. You may contact Mr. Herrick by email at lherrick@dsdmail.net, and request Driving time, which is the Behind the Wheel Experience. The following will need to be put in Mr. Herrick's box in the main office at Bountiful High.
-Full Name
-Contact information
-A photo copy of your permit
-A reciept paid in the office at Bountiful High for the behind the wheel experience. Which is currently $75 (subject to change based on Davis School District fee schedule)
In which the driving instructor will contact you to schedule driving time.
